1 General Provisions

jea9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• If login credentials fall into the hands of a third party, the user bears full responsibility.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, jea9 may request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. Withdrawal access may be limited until this process is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jea9 is ৳200. Funds can be deposited using the following payment methods:

No additional charges are imposed on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. For a withdrawal:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals will be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, processing may be delayed for additional verification.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency and Value

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be made after registration.
• The combined total of the bonus and the actual deposit must be wagered 15 times.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Multiple members of the same family or the same device cannot claim the same promotion.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on jea9:

6.1 Placing Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• jea9 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• If any match or game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and international cricket series. In cases of match cancellation or rain interruption, the ruling of the International Cricket Council (ICC) will be followed.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by certified software providers and built on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We conduct regular system audits to ensure fair play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
